these products can give you a better amount of nutrients

Don’t eat foods that bother you. Listen to your body. If
you have sensitivity to foods, try to keep them out of your
diet. Putting your body through those experiences can cause
you to feel even worse.
Don’t eat foods that are known to be bad. For example, you
do not need to eat excessive sugar or sweet products, fried
and greasy foods, or drink lots of caffeine. These foods
have very little nutritional value and they can cause
additional problems.
